Dough sticks using any of our dough flavours are one of the most fun recipes to make, so really appeal to kids (and adults!). Simply take chunks from the main dough ball, and roll between both hands to make a sausage shape, rolling as thin as you like. The purists amongst us would simply place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and pop in the oven for 5-6 mins, but shaping into a message is also really good fun (just please don’t spell out anything rude…).
Eat on their own, or dip into anything you can find for a great appetiser.
Don’t forget
Always flour your surface so you can easily roll out your dough
Move the dough to your pizza stone/baking tray before you top your dough
It’s good to be greedy, but make sure you don’t go over the top with your toppings, it’ll make your pizza soggy!
