Defrost before use in
1 of 2 easy ways

Once defrosted, refrigerate and use within 3 days


1. For best results

  • Allow to thaw in the wrapper in the fridge (approx. 12 hours), or at room temp (approx. 4 hours)
  • Allow dough to come to room temp before rolling

or 2. Microwave (850w)

  • Place dough balls (in wrapper) on edge of turntable

  • Cook on full power for 5-10 seconds, remove and turn dough balls over

  • Repeat, continuing to turn, until dough has
    softened (time will vary based on microwave power)

  • Leave on kitchen side for 5 minutes before rolling

Cook in
4 simple steps


1. Preheat oven to 240C /475F /Gas mark 9


2. Flour your surface, rolling pin and baking tray


3. Move to a floured
baking tray


4. Top with delicious things and bake for 8-14 mins until golden brown
